Elementary School

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Welcome Back to School! Although I am not new to the Mullica Township School District, it is my pleasure to serve as the principal of Mullica Township Elementary School. I am honored to assist you and your children.

Our staff and students abide by the Coyote Calling: Be Responsible, Be Respectful, and Be Ready. Supporting the calling are our Positive Behaviors, Interventions and Supports Initiatives (PBIS). A team of teachers worked diligently over the summer months to identify incentives and schedule activities that reinforce the desired behaviors of the calling. We are off to a great start!

Our teachers plan and create engaging lessons aligned to the New Jersey Student Learning Standards. Daily assessments are used to determine attainment of the learning outcomes contained in the standards and to differentiate instruction. Additionally, teachers analyze academic and social/emotional data to set goals for growth and improvement.

Mullica Township School District has an active and involved Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). The PTA fiscally sponsors and/or supports many learning experiences such as assemblies as well as non-academic experiences such as the Fall Festival. Currently, the PTA is in need of financial support (membership is $5) and volunteers to assist during day and/or evening events. Please consider assisting the PTA!

The district hopes that you find our website helpful and informative. We are in the process of going paperless and most forms are available online. I will be posting monthly newsletters highlighting our learning community. I look forward to partnering with you and anticipate a great year!

Please feel free to contact me at (609) 561-3868 x146.
