Performance of CRY WOLF:

Cry Wolf

Cry Wolf is a new musical version of the classic fairytale The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Our story takes place in Kleinstadt, a small town in the Bavarian Alps, just as they prepare for their annual Stinky Cheese Festival. Friedrich is the new shepherd in town, replacing his aging grandfather. A pack of hungry wolves is roaming the countryside and threatening the sheep. Friedrich must protect the flock from the wolves by crying “Wolf!”. Peer Pressure causes Friedrich to falsely call the alarm and the townspeople loose trust in him. When the wolves finally attack, the cry is sounded and no one comes to Friedrich’s aid. A crazy chase runs through town ending with the sheep being saved and the wolves banished again. Everyone learns the important lesson about always telling the truth.
