School Doctor is in the House
The School Doctor will be in the house to perform sports physicals. If you are in need of a sports physical please see the school nurse for the packet to be filled out by your parents or print one out from the link below. No student will be given a sports physical without parental permission. These physicals will be for Winter and Spring Sports.
